Ok I've been thinking.
Is our lives based on Fate, which predestines everything? Every move you made everything you did, is all going according to a plan. Someone's plan.
Or, is it based entirely on random chances and occurrences? Person A meets Person B, random chance? No plans made for each and everyone of us. Just random occurrences that runs our lives.
If, there really is fate, are we all actors and actresses acting according to someone's script? What I am typing right now may even be predestined. So, if that is the case, are we living for ourselves, or mere actors of the script that runs the world.
However, what if our lives are all based on random occurrences? Then in that case, we are living for ourselves, and there is no such thing as fate? True that many people may agree with this statement but, there is no solid proof, is it?
Fate really closes the gap between this argument and the topic of religion. Many people believed that whatever we do, is all according to some godly plans.
People have tried to argue between science and religion, but there are no sure wins of either side yet.
So to answer the question of fate or random chance? It's simple.
If we found out with scientific proof that whatever our religion says are based on actual facts, then most probably our lives are based on fate.
Since we have not found out yet, therefore we have to stick with the fact that our lives are really based on random occurrences.

Luck?
Many rely on luck to blame themselves.
Step on poo = bad luck?
Win Lottery = good luck?
Got difficult exam questions while other friends got easier ones?
Bad Luck?
No
Luck is just an excuse to get by everything.
Work, School, Life, everything.
There is no such thing as luck. It's just a variable that everyone use to gauge their lives.
Step on poo? Life = step poo + (bad luck)
Good grades? Life = grades + (good luck)
so there are no plausible means to gauge luck, and luck is just a subjective variable that everyone uses to get through life.
Luck is definitely relative to each person as well, one person may view good or bad luck differently from the other, therefore it's not definite.
Since luck is a non-existing thing in the world, and is only a fragment of our minds, why bother to use it anyway?
Our minds tend to find a place for refuge every time something bad occurs. If we put it that way,
Step on poo?
Mind cannot find any plausible explanation for occurrence, therefore resorted to using luck as a factor. Hence, bad luck.
Win lottery?
Mind also cannot find means to explain how that happens. Good luck?
More like the works of probability.
If there really is a way to control luck, doing things that makes your luck increase. It may be the only way to control your life.

Future Generation
Ok, let's be straight to the point.
What's there for our future generation of youths and children.
Not at all fantastic eh?
We've been in this world and doing things that will cause harm to the future generations.
The future is bleak, if we all don't do something now.
Save electricity, save water, yeah we all heard those before, but how many people actually did it?
Just take a look here : 100 ways to save water
There are easily more than a hundred ways on how water can be saved daily. How many have tried to implement at least 50 ways to save water at home? I don't see many.
People have been taking things for granted, water, electricity, computers and all.
Enough about water, let's just talk about something even more common to us than that, computers.
This world is too dependant on computers. Just go into a company server and crash it. I do believe the company will suffer loss beyond imagination.
There's photos, e-books, videos, music, information, data, almost whatever you can think of, it's most probably on the net.
Are we too dependant on it? There's an article about people who really cannot live without their computers, by that, I mean they will really die just to be with their computers.
Talk about slaves. The thing is that computers make our world too easy. Just a click of a button and typing of some text will book you an air ticket, or return a bank loan.
20 years ago, those 2 tasks will probably take up half of your day.
Just imagine, in our generation, we're already so dependant on computers, more and more programs, applications or whatever are still being developed to further value add our lives.
What about the future? Are we going to eat, sleep, drink all through computers?
Stop delaying your actions to save the future, the future is now.
What's there for our future generation of youths and children.
- A supposedly warmed up Earth due to global warming
- World with very limited resources i.e. oil, coal, trees?
- Place where computers dominate the world? Too much dependancy on computers
- Lots of extinct or endangered animals due to illegal poaching and of course, the dying Earth
Not at all fantastic eh?

Blog = freedom of speech?
Blogs are an avenue for us to express our thoughts, an online diary perhaps.
Or so, would many think that way.
It's far from being a diary nor an avenue to fully express our thoughts.
It would be possible to write very controversial topics within your personal diary, as no one would have the permission or access to it. However, with blogs, it's a totally different case. Blogs are open to public, everyone can see what you are writing, what you are thinking, what happens in your day and many more. Therefore, it would be most inappropriate to associate it with an online diary.
An avenue to fully express our thoughts, I don't think so. Since people have been caught for posting racist comments or otherwise socially inappropriate blog posts, I do not see why this is considered an avenue for expressing thoughts.
Do you get caught by "thinking" of socially inappropriate things?
Besides, ever since people got word of bloggers getting caught for posting such inappropriate posts. Many turned to "censoring" their posts.
Due to that, it no longer is our actual thoughts. It has already became only a part of our thinking. Just imagine speaking through a mask where everyone is still hiding something inside. The full message will never get across

Man hitting women?
Well, after watching this video I cant help but think of the issue on man hitting women.
The issue on man hitting women has been a long running one.
Most customs or traditions depict men being the higher rank among humans. Therefore it gives the "right" to do anything to the other "lower ranked" women and children.
Then come modern times where these sort of rankings were abolished and removed due to the mindset of modern people that all humans, despite their races, religion, beliefs or gender, are equal.
In the current society, many people have the common mindset that no matter how a woman angers or irritates the man, it's just downright wrong to hit a woman. Well, I do think so too.
However, if one put this issue up against the human race being equal, why do the women have this so-called "right" to prevent aggression towards them, but not the other way round. Shldn't we be all equal?
Looking at this other video, people will be thinking this man deserved it, some will think that this man has got a very strong "men can't hit women" mindset, but many will not think that this woman is wrong in hitting him, or at least not the first thing that comes to their mind.
Is this mindset buried in our heads by tradition? moral? customs?
Some people may think that this mindset is to uphold the "gentlemen" image that most men must have, but I do not know.
Despite questioning the meaning of equality, I still do think that men needs to give in to women.
Why do I think that way, it must have been the people who taught me my moral lessons. Anyway, aggression is not the way to solve any problem, the only way to solve problems is to use more brain than brawn.
